Maya's Organic Green Smoothie
- 1 banana
- 1 c blueberries
- 1/2 c cultured coconut milk
- 1/2 c coconut/banana home brewed kombucha
- 1 apple
- 2 c fresh spinach
- 1/2 c escarole
- 1/2 c water
I strive for organic ingredients as often as possible and most importantly, GMO free. This is a pretty standard recipe that I use when making my children smoothies because it is palatable for under-developed taste buds. The greens are mild in this smoothie and don't really emerge since the banana flavor is so strong. For super picky kids, I suggest strawberries due to the dominant flavor they add to smoothies.
Relly's Cultured Green Smoothie
- 1 banana
- 1 c mixed berries
- 1/2 c cultured coconut milk
- 1/2 c raw coconut creme
- 1 handful cilantro
- 2 c baby spinach
- 1/2 c sliced peaches
- 1/2 c kombucha
- 1 fuji apple
All organic, non GM ingredients were used.
