Maya's Organic Green Smoothie

  • 1 banana
  • 1 c blueberries
  • 1/2 c cultured coconut milk
  • 1/2 c coconut/banana home brewed kombucha
  • 1  apple
  • 2 c fresh spinach
  • 1/2 c escarole
  • 1/2 c water
I strive for organic ingredients as often as possible and most importantly, GMO free. This is a pretty standard recipe that I use when making my children smoothies because it is palatable for under-developed taste buds. The greens are mild in this smoothie and don't really emerge since the banana flavor is so strong. For super picky kids, I suggest strawberries due to the dominant flavor they add to smoothies.


Relly's Cultured Green Smoothie

  • 1 banana
  • 1 c mixed berries
  • 1/2 c cultured coconut milk
  • 1/2 c raw coconut creme
  • 1 handful cilantro
  • 2 c baby spinach
  • 1/2 c sliced peaches
  • 1/2 c kombucha
  • 1 fuji apple
 All organic, non GM ingredients were used.
